Expedited Shipment Items
For customers who have chosen our expedited shipment option (without tracking), please note that we will only provide you with proof of shipment. You will not be able to track the current status of your order. There is a risk that the product may not arrive at your address. If you have not received your shipment after 60 days, we will escalate the matter to our Level 2 support team and issue a full refund without questions.

Important Notes:
- Ensure all delivery information is correct. Incorrect or incomplete details may require us to contact you for updates, potentially delaying your order.
- Delays may also occur due to customs clearance.
- Your local customs office may require additional documents or time to release your package, which can extend the estimated delivery time.
- Your order may be delivered by your local post office or a courier service. In most regions, orders are delivered via regular postal services. If you are not home at delivery, the post office will leave a notification card with instructions on how and where to collect your package.
- No re-shipping arrangements will be made if packages are returned due to incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, or non-availability.

Taxes and Duties
Upon arrival in the destination country, import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be imposed. These fees are determined by the customs authority of the respective destination country.

Depending on product availability and destination, items are shipped directly from ourown factories located in the United States, Canada, Australia, or from our manufacturingfacilities in China.
